Where do you ship to?

We ship domestically within the United States and internationally to 27 countries, including Australia, Canada, Japan, the United Kingdom, and more.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. International orders via DHL Express typically arrive within 3–5 business days. USPS international delivery times vary by destination.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Do you offer tracking?

Yes! All orders come with a tracking number. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order has shipped.

International Orders

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Please check with your local customs authority for more information before placing your order.

Why was my package held at customs?

Customs processing times vary by country and are outside of our control. If your package is held, your local customs authority will contact you directly. Please ensure your contact information is accurate at checkout.

Can I return an international order?

We do not accept international return orders.

Can I cancel or change my order?

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Are your items authentic?

Yes — all of our products are 100% authentic. We source directly from Japan and authorized distributors.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Many of our items are limited or rare, so restocks are not always possible. Follow us on Instagram or sign up for our newsletter to be notified of new arrivals.
